Season of Thanksgiving

“We often take for granted the very things that most deserve our gratitude.” ~Cynthia Ozick

Happy thanksgiving, everyone!
We want to wish you a relaxing, happy day with your loved ones. A new year is almost a month away (can you believe it?!), so we'd like to take the time to list just a few things we're blessed with and thankful for (in no particular order)...

1. Amazing parents
We would have never been here as pianists, singers, and dreamers without them...thank you Mom and Dad for putting up with us, believing in us, and always pushing us to do our best. We love you!

2. Inspiring mentors
A giant thank you to the dedicated people who invest in us, who help us grow, learn from life's challenges, and conquer our fears. We're so grateful for the opportunities and learning experiences you've given us!

3. Life
The sense of sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste that allow us to experience the colors and wonders of life.... For healthy bodies, the disappointments and sadness that helps us grow, dancing to music, tea on warm days, book forts, silly personality quizzes, technology and free WiFi, kind strangers, sunsets and rainbows, oxygen and rain... it's an endless list!

4. God
Thanksgiving is special because an entire nation gathers with family and friends, pumpkin pie and roast turkey, thankful lists and music... but let's not overlook the heart of this holiday.

As George Washington said in his 1789 Thanksgiving Day Proclamation, a "day of public thanksgiving and prayer" was established for "the people of the United States... to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness."

5. You!
Last but not least, thank you for supporting, believing, and following us through our musical journey. We love each one of you!

What are you thankful for?
